Description:

The aim of this course is to familiarize students with the most popular and commonly used program/project management tools in the practice of international development. The course will delve into some of the critical issues and challenges that program/project managers face in designing, planning and implementing programs/projects in developing countries. The course will look at the strength and weaknesses in using these program/project management tools as a means to deal with programming challenges.
