A Teaching Topic in Leadership

The Management of Public Sector Organizations

This teaching topic discusses the specific challenges faced by managers within public sector organizations, and different strategies managers can use to help achieve organizational objective. This teaching topic pays special attention to the issues of recruitment, development and performance management.
