A Teaching Topic in Leadership

Managing Operational Organizations

This teaching topic focuses on the challenges and conflicts that face leaders of operational organizations. This includes: developing and articulating an organizational vision; establishing relationships with subordinates and central or corporate organizations to achieve their agenda; leadership style problems that can impede effective leadership.
