NASPAA Competencies Map
Competencies in Public Policy and Management arranged by NASPAA Competency Domains
The map below is similar to Competencies Map in that it organizes, by pubic management subject, the competencies for graduates of Masters-level public policy and public administration programs proposed by two accrediting bodies NASPAA (Network of Schools of Public Policy, Affairs and Administration) and UNDESA/IASIA (United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs/International Association of Schools and Institutes of Administration Task Force on Standards of Excellence for Public Administration Education and Training), and the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (see Key Leadership Competencies). The difference from Competencies Map is that the subjects are arrayed under the five NASPAA Competency Domains noted below rather than the four Atlas Subject-matter Domains.
