A Teaching Topic in Strategy and Structure

Public Services in the Age of Restraint - new public service delivery models and the quest to do better with less

This topic deals with the challenges facing public sector actors as they try to achieve difficult public objectives with scarce resources. Students learn about new public service delivery models, and consider the advantages and disadvantages of increasing the role of non-governmental actors in the delivery of public services.
