A Teaching Topic in Evaluation and Performance Measurement

Planning Evaluations

This topic teaches students about the steps that evaluators and evaluation teams must take in order to plan a successful evaluation of a policy or program. Specific issues examined within this teaching topic are: working with evaluation participants and establishing relationships; logic modeling; and detailed evaluation planning and stakeholder engagement.
