Program Logic 

A sketch of the assumed causal links that will yield specified outcomes in order to conduct impact evaluation.

This process of sketching out a program's logic may be more difficult than it first appears, requiring extended interviews with both program administrators and clients to see what components are and how well they are being implemented.
