Procedural Fairness

Justness or ‘without bias’ attributed to the inclusion and/or outcome of a procedure for all participant parties.

Marcia Grimes, Organizing Consent.

Procedural fairness is based on “two conceptualizations of subjective legitimacy: respondents’ trust for the authority and their willingness to accept a decision outcome”.
