Due Process 

Often referred to as the ‘due process of law’. It is a term usually used in constitutions guaranteeing a citizen’s right to as participate in a just and fair legal system.

In regulation, it may be referred to as an opportunity due to an individual or actor to be processed through procedures or standards that have been determined by regulations or regulatory bodies.
